King Jesus “Embrace the Mission of King Jesus”

To help everyone shift from “making church members” to “making disciples”

Redefine what a “successful” church looks like

Move from institutional church to organic church…from programs to disciples.

Help senior ministers redefine your ministry around making disciples

Convert methods of mass produced church members to the slow moving methods of Jesus to make and mature disciples

David Young has served two stints as the senior minister for North Boulevard, totaling nearly 25 years. He has taught New Testament at several universities and traveled widely teaching and preaching. He holds the B.A. from Freed-Hardeman University, the M.A. from Harding School of Theology, and the M.A. and Ph.D. in New Testament from Vanderbilt University.

Bill Hull wrote the following endorsement for King Jesus and the Beauty of Obedience Based Discipleship.

“I rarely read books about the Kingdom of God that make me cry. But then, this is just what David Young does. His stories drive home a well-crafted theology that is moving and practical. David paints pictures that make things I deeply believe much more vivid. I found reading it such a pleasure, it penetrated my soul”.
